What kind of servicing? Do they need to order parts? DO you get to know your service people as a frequent customer? Do you bring the shop a dozen or so of donuts as a nice jesture? Do you write down the mileage before droping it off for service? Have you visited the service center to ensure your MH is there and not rented out for 2 weeks?
