Greensboro RV ShowCharlotte RV ShowI have not personally been to either one, but I attended last years NC RV Dealers Show at the NC State Fair Grounds. (Which is probably very similar to the Greensboro one.) I would think that the Charlotte one would be much larger because of the population. You said you are picking up a class A already. The one thing I noticed was that these RV shows definitely cater to the smaller travel trailers, pop-ups, fifth wheels and some Class A's.
IMHO RV shows are just a huge meat market for prospective consumers who have to pay to attend. If you have no idea what you want, have no idea what an RV is or no idea of costs associated with owning an RV then an RV show is a great place to start. There are also a ton of accessory companies, RV parks and resorts trying to fight for your business there. I for one would never attend an RV show. The only reason why I went last year was because a friend of mine was going who had never purchased a camper before.
