rv storage

ok, new rv owner, so bear with me.....i'm storing rv out of state for several months, i won't be able to get to it to recharge batteries...how do i keep the batteries from dying? do i remove them/

    It can't hurt to place the batteries in a plastic tub so if they leak for some reason, the battery acid doesn't go in the coach.

    If there is power available and the storage lot has solid security, one can use a battery maintainer like a Battery Minder to keep them charged and desulfated, so they are ready to go come next season.
