RVA leveling jacks for Monoco

I have a 2004 Monoco Knight with an RVA leveling system. I can not seem to get the jacks to lower. There were no good instructions with the coach when I bought it. I called RVA and they pretty much blew me off and said that Monoco installed some sensor between the panel and the jacks, and that maybe the sensor was bad. All the lights seem to activate when I attempt to use the system, but I can not get the jacks to lower. It appears that the fluid level is OK. I even tried to manually lower the jacks using the manual I downloaded online from RVA without success. Is there a procedure I am missing? Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Does the PUMP run? The reason RVA may not provide technical help is because Monaco screwed them over 8 years ago and dropped them. RVA was only in business to build and supply their jack systems to Monaco. So, they went out of business 8 years ago but still have a small office to produce limited replacement parts. But no Technical help unless you catch them at the few times they are in the office. Doug

    You might try joining and posting here Monaco for Monaco specific issues. I don't have RVA's but lots of models do, I'm sure you can get an answer there.
