I know of no one site that has collected facility maps from commercial RV parks. RV Park Reviews usually has a link to the facility's website, if it has one. If there is no map on the facility's own site, it is not likely there is one online anywhere.
For public campgrounds, state parks, COE and forest service, I find I have to collect park and campground layouts individually. If a park has reservations by site (many public CGs do not) there will be a schematic layout for reservable sites on the reservation system.
