Currently there are 2 products on the market:
Steer Safe Stabilizer and Safe-T-Plus. Both do the same job but differently. This the word from Henderson.
At a Rally, both producds were there. I talked to both, I reviewed both online, including the installation procedure. I saw I could do either of them in an hour.
Redlands Truck wanted $900, which included the installation for the Safe-T-Plus.
Steer safe had a show special of $375, which included installation by the factory guys.
I choose the Steer safe, felt it was just as good a product and was a better value.
Since we have had it installed, we feel it is worth the investment if just for tire blow-out. However, since then we have notice it is easier steering, especially when big rigs past us. We also happen to be on the road during the big winds in South Dakota and into Nebraska. Let me say, it was hard, I imagined it would have been worst without it.
Steering 1
safe-t-plus
Steering 2

I hope this helps in your decision, 1 option for you (which I plan on doing), if you ever go to Grants Pass, OR. Stop by Henderson and let them do a complete analysis of the rig. From there you can make decision based on price and what is practical for you.
