Salvage title, how much does it influnce value

I have called on a coach I am interested in because it looks like a good deal. Turns out it has a salvage title. The owner claims he has before pics showing the damage, claims it is only on the ...

It'll hit the resale value big time. I'd offer 25k, tops. It would have been totalled by the insurance company to get that title, so I'd say there is possibly more damage than the seller is letting on.
