Salvage title, how much does it influnce value

I have called on a coach I am interested in because it looks like a good deal. Turns out it has a salvage title. The owner claims he has before pics showing the damage, claims it is only on the ...

Sorry, but I have a hard time believing that a salvage title would've be issued just because of cieling damage alone. I have a feeling that there's more wrong with that coach than what you being led to believe. Just my opinion based in limited info.
