Contrary to popular opinion around here not every tire made in China is a bomb.
Well, certainly not every one. It all depends on how lucky ya feel.
Can anyone point to an OTR China made tire that is known to be problematic??? Or is the bashing really political and without foundation.
In fact the only two MH tires that seem to garner significant negative comments are Goodyear and Michelin.
The bashing is blind political nonsense for the most part. There are a considerable number of brands of tires on the roads today in America that are made in China. My first MH tires were made in China, they were Toyo's. I have had Cooper's that were made in China on daily drivers and MH's with no problems. Last weekend I was picking a friend up at one of the truck stops here in town, on his rig he's got Samson's when I asked why his reply was they are the best value for the buck and his truckin' is all about money. Just because something is stamped 'Made in USA' does not mean it is any good.
