Goodmorning everyone. We have a 40ft phaeton motorhome and are presently in the rio grande valley area of texas. We would like to have our motorhome underbelly sandblasted and coated. Does anyon...
Ask about soda blasting. It like sandblasting, but uses sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) - usually in water - rather than sand, and is commonly used on industrial equipment that might become contaminated if sandblasted. In our area they often use it on fiberglass boats to remove old bottom paint, and the higher end body shops have the equipment for use on trucks and autos. It is still important that you have someone do it that knows what they are doing, and it will not be cheap.
