Seeking Opinion on F53 Chassis A/C repair cost

We have a Winnebago Sightseer on a 2007 Ford chassis. The chassis A/C is blowing, but no cold air. I took into Ford and they said the condenser is leaking and it needs to be replaced. I was quoted ...

Sounds high. Call a RV dealer and see what a new unit would cost. Roof a/c are hard to repair properly. I doubt a Ford dealer has the knowledge to repair a RV a/c unless they have lots of experience.
