Sometimes a buyer might want something to live in and not drive far, so a good interior is all they are after. Sometimes they even have a roof already, if it's leaky. Other times they want a good dry unit, but won't be driving it so tires and driving might not be an issue either.
If it's unsafe for any reason, you should disclose that, but you want it gone so price it right. In your ad, highlight the good things about it.
