We've been in quite a few low pressure parks over the years. Our approach is to fill the onboard tank and then turn on the pump only when the extra pressure is desired, such as when showering. We also leave the hose hooked up for general use when the extra pressure is not needed, which minimizes how often we need to refill the tank. Most normal hand and dish washing, toilet flushing, etc., does not need the extra pressure.
