They make larger sewer rings. I would remove the old one, enlarge the hole and put in a larger ring.
Another more difficult repair.....depending how your sewer bay is framed, you can cut out a 4" notch in the frame where the door seals to it and run the hose through the notch/hole. You may have to bolt/weld in a metal support where you notch the frame. Put a trap door on it when done and you'll no longer have to feed the hose through the hole.
