Only problem we've had is the flat top sheet and the blanket need re-tucked at the foot of the bed every day or two because of no footboard on the bed to help keep them tucked, and the Walmart sheet is a little shorter than the better brands. Not much of a problem since the bed gets made daily anyway.
Never a problem with the fitted bottom sheet.
