Though you didn't ask for it, I'll give you my opinion of that floorplan. I wouldn't want a floorplan that hindered access to the sink with the slide(s) in or had the sofa right next to the stove top (splatters & such).
Good Luck on your search, as you're probably finding out, short Class A's are not very common.

Prefer new, but would look at lightly used. Appreciate the opinion on floorplan. The sink is workable because you can reach it OK with slide in, but I did not think about the stove top next to the sofa. Thank you for that.
