As stated, full-timers travel constantly and their RVs are in all different areas of the country - left outdoors constantly. If the finish is taken care of properly they can still look like new.
Neither one you mention has been used extensively so that's a toss-up. Check the maintenance records to make sure they've had servicing done like oil changes. Ask for repair records.
If the Alabama one was used for football games it probably wasn't taken to the coast - most likely, Tuscaloosa or Auburn! :) Go BAMA!!! Tailgating wouldn't hurt it any more than driving it cross-country.
