- Clay_LExplorerAfter showering we wipe the shower walls and glass down with the orange chamois like absorbent cloths to prevent soap scum and water spots.
I have removed water spots with a quick spray and wipe down with CLR followed by a water rinse. - lunch_surferExplorerhttp://aerolon.com/tech-shine/
I use this on all surfaces that I want to keep clean and spot free. Including shower, counter tops, full body paint outside and windows. Seems to work well. Better than anything I have ever tried. I use a garden hand sprayer to apply. Let me know if you try and especially if you like.
No affiliation just less work and more time playing......
ctc - BarbaraOKExplorerAny shampoo, with a scrub, that has EDTA in it will work. For that matter, almost any body wash will have EDTA and a plastic scrubber will work just fine. That said, I use the Safeway generic for the Clean Shower - just spray and go. And if you are in my bathroom and want to comment on whether or not I have spots on the shower doors then you have way to much time on your hands.
Barb - GHOST1750ExplorerAfter you get it cleaned just remember" an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure". My motor home is 10 years old and has no water spots on the shower because it gets squeegeed and wiped down each time it is used.

I spray down all surfaces of the shower with Clean Shower after each use. Started using it several years ago when it was highly recommended by so many on RV.net. Was happy with the results and have been happy ever since.

X3! - Quick_tripExplorerLay down some newspaper around the shower door and spray with Armor- All!
We have used it in the house and all our RVs over the years.
( The reason for the newspaper is because the surface you protect doesn't get slippery!)
Good Luck & Drive Safe! - down_homeExplorer IIMequirs has a water spot streak etc remover for cars. Ought to work well.
A spray bottle with a little dishwasher spot eliminator like Jet or whatever...the blue stuff should work well.
We filter our water into the coach very well and have less mineralization. We use the towels we just dried with, to completely wipe down the shower, right after showering.
We use shower to shower, at home. Doesn't work as well as wiping it down, from before any mineral cloudiness appears. Wiping down also stops any water from sitting in any seams etc and starting mold.
:) - skipncharExplorerThe towel you just finished drying off with will effectively remove the water from the door and surround which will prevent water spots from ever appearing. Takes about 10 seconds to wipe them down after you get out.
Good luck / Skip - viajanteExplorerSince we wipe down the shower after we have both showered, we don't have water stains.
However, in our home, we did have bad water stains. It takes some elbow grease, but the best product we found is called Nothin's Better. We found it at Ace Hardware. They have two versions. One is just a cleaner, which we used initially. The other is both a cleaner and a sealer. I would recommend both of them. - tbredExplorer II
