Once you get them off I can tell you what WILL keep them off.
Albeit a pain sometimes after taking a nice hot relaxing shower you 'have' to squeegee off the inside glass each and every time you shower.
My first MH had permanent water spots from the previous owner. I swear I think that's why I sold it. I couldn't stand looking at it.
The second MH I bought I started diligently squeegeeing the droplets off the inside of the shower every time I used it and years later I do 'not' have one spot on any of the shower glass.
AND and of my RV guests are required to do the same! The squeegee hangs right next to the soap tray!
