Shower hygiene

If you must, then wear flip-flops.

We use them right after they're cleaned, usually around 8:30 am. Only use campground showers while at the lake due to no sewer hookups.

Always wear flip flops! We also carry a couple of over the door hooks in our shower bag. One for the bag and the other for the towel. Nothing worse then a campground shower with no place to hang your stuff.

The state campgrounds in Florida. are very clean 95% of the time.

the campground Hosts do a Wonderful job.

First, check your body's ph balance. Once that is corrected you don't have to worry about fungus or athlete's foot. I don't think there is much to worry about in a public shower. If it's dirty it's not disease, it's dirt.

Flip flops for certain!

Crocs for me. Not fashionable, but do the job and keep my feet well away from the nasty stuff.

How do you check your ph, and as a longtime suffer of fungi, how do you balance it?

If you get athlete's foot, a good cure is to pee on your feet. Not sure if someone else's pee will work, or it has to be your own. But that may be another kind of forum. Careful googling "pee on me"!
