Not sure what you are trying to say there but it is a good idea to change the spare at the same time you change the others......because you never know when you might have to put it on at the beginning of a 3 day holiday weekend and use it for a LOT more miles than you planned.
ALSO....I found that tires mounted under the body and never touched for a long time can be problematic. The tire shop couldn't get mine down; I had to take it to a full service RV shop to have the mounting bolt cut off and replaced with a new one.
