Your Dish western arc SK-1000 should work fine in the Keys as long as you have a clear line of sight south west at about a 30° elevation for all three sats, or 40° for the 110 and 119 sats only. The lower 129 sat has most of the HD channels though, if that's important to you. As long as it can "see" the 119 sat, your Trav'ler will lock in on the signals.
