Can we come?!?!?! :) Have fun. I was going to suggest Tiger Run (wouldn't need a toad as they have the Breck Ski Bus come to their resort) or Park City RV (we were there when the owner had just bought it and was refurbishing it) Both are awesome!!! But, with a friend's condo, there isn't much of a decision :)
