slide doesn't go out

Says in PROFILE 97 35 FT bOUNDERsOUTHWIND

Seeing as you have a 97 Fleetwood, you most likely have a RBW electric slide. Does it do anything or make any sounds? If nothing, I would start by putting a volt meter on the red and white motor leads while trying to move the slide. If you have good voltage (approx 12.5 or better) chances are its the Von Weis motor. That's about $300.

If your slide is hydraulic, check the fluid level.
