slideout problem
My slideout goes in/out with no problem, but when it is sent in or out the rod still make a clicking sound and the rod makes a slight movement rather than stopping complete when the action is complete...

It could just be play in all the moving parts (gears to rod to other side gears). It could also be that if there is play in connections (rods) the holes for the bolts are getting elongated (egg shaped). If your slide out is power gear they are connected using a round shaft into a square tube back to a round shaft. If loose you could redrill and go the next size larger bolt. Or just live with it.
