It's hydraulic unfortunately. Looks like I may need to call someone on this as I dont have the winch crank for the emergency procedure outlined in the owners manual.
I think it has to be an electrical problem as it was working before I did this just fine. Through the course of checking for this I found 3 fuses that were blown, replaced all those but still nothing. Not even sure what those went to.
