Slides won't close

If I leave the engine running long enough will the batteries charge enough to get the slides in? Then I can take it in to have whatever other issues are going on.
I just started it. I can hear clicking by all the breakers inside the bedroom. I hear intermittent split second sound of the ceiling vent/fan (they are powered) motor. It happens every 30 seconds and just makes a slight sound or the motor. It is in a off posisition. I push the button to turn it on and open the vent and it lights up for auto then I push again for manual then a thrid time shuts it off. It is off for sure but still makeing the sound. I can also hear a clicking similar to the breaker on a pannel above the hot water heater. Not sure what that is but I can see a light in there and I am not even sure how to open it.
Please don't judge my lack of knowledge. I am a mom of two young children and I take the kids on trips on our own which is no small feat, I drive it and hook it all up and know some basic trouble shooting but I don't know a lot.
