Slightly used, but still running

The motorhome may be old and look rough, but the campsite appears to be neat and orderly. As long as there isn't a bunch of trash being left around and the owners are following the campground rules, I could care less.

I've sometimes camped next to people in nearly new rigs that I'm sure I'd have rather had the guy with the camper above next to me.

A dozen or so rattle cans of paint would make a world of difference...

That's how I feel when I've run half way across the country through several rainstorms and pull into a park where the rig next to me has just been washed and waxed.



I'd love to park next to that....make mine look like it was new.

It's one thing to not be able to afford something newer or nicer but it takes only a little effort to own something clean.

No reason it needs to look that way. Owner is lazy.

Good point, I never thought of it as a Rat Rod. That old Travco is an excellent candidate for the Zep/Red Max Pro process.

a guy has to do what a guy has to do. some people like old things. it has been said on here many times, never buy new. buy something that all the systems are tested

And people wonder why some RV campgrounds have a 10 year rule.
