Generally, Class A's do not have a sofa until they reach about 30 feet. There are a few that have a double pedestal table for dining instead of a dinette. I find that they are a little troublesome but they do work quite well.
Conversion to a sofa instead of a dinette in many cases is easily done and can be an owner DIY project.
My DW's favorite small (25') class A has such a setup but it's a pita.
Storage can be a problem, my knees are aftermarket and while most of the pain is gone from the B on B situation it is not like the factory models and so I am reducing the stored items and trying to move them to cabinets that are not restricted by the slides.
The Bounder in my signature is for sale and we have purchased a newer Adventurer so I am sort of starting from scratch in what will be in the outside storage.
