Kind of a loaded question. You want a new or used? 2wd or 4wd 2 different animals, willing to drive a manual transmission or do you want an automatic? The 4x seems an afterthought.
Yes there are a lot of the suzukis out there many have been made to look pretty but have been driven hard and put away wet! Jeeps will weigh in about 3500-4000lbs. Ranger pickups will weigh in around 4000lbs for 2wd super cab. More for a 4x. Friend has an older blazer that he want $2500 for, was to be his tow vehicle but he then found something else.
Thats the problem with older vehicles. Gonna take $$ to make sure it is a reliable vehicle, so its a trade off if you want small and light (new) or hopefully good used. We went with a hyundai elantra 2800lbs about $18000 new, around $700 for baseplates with install and with wiring for lights.
So be more definitive with your want for better answers. Also need to know size of the class c, as that will dd to the variables.
