Smart Wheel acting up

I looked at the freightliner parts and it shows the clock part number is trw455068. It is located under the turn signal assembly. On my smart wheel it is grounded through the wiper motor. When I had trouble with my wipers I found that I was not getting any spark when I disconnected the single wire on my motor. I went to my main controller box and disconnected all J connectors. It was on the driver side floor against the front fire wall next to the side wall. I cleaned the connectors and stated reconnecting the J2 first then the rest of them. I then had spark at the ground wire on the wiper motor. Everything worked after that.
