Look at at the upper part of the walls where the roof meets, condensation can create mold on the walls, if it is a slide out, pull the slide in half way or more and look at the inside of the lip and where the lip hides the outer wall.
Also check inside cabinets again along the upper corners of the walls, the way that rv's are asembled there is a small void where the roof and the walls meet with no insulation to speak off, this added to outside damp wetaher and the heater inside and you have condensation at the place where hot air comes in contact with cold air, remember the glass with ice cubes and your favorite drik, you get conesation on the outside.
Hope that you can find the mold, I can not smell it but I do encounter it specially in winter, there is as product that we use from Zep it takes care of the mold, Home Despot carries it, blue bottle.
