I would start out by placing a dehumidifier in the room with all storage doors open. The dehumifier should have a continuous drain so it never turns off by getting full.
Sometimes after the area is kept very dry for a long time, the musty odor won't return.
As you know, if it is a true leak that goes unattended, your troubles will get bad enough to figure out where the breach is. But I would investgate that while the rig is drying up inside.
Quite often, leaks enter in through the marker lights. I would unscrew them off the rig and caulk where the wires pass through the wall. The marker light gaskets are not reliable over the long run.
