Oh my gosh I AM a wife but I'm positive my husband wouldn't tell me either. Kind of like he hid the fact that he saw a huge cockroach in the middle of our living room floor in our first rental. I HATE cockroaches and rats. Not a huge fan of snakes either and I am a bit woozy reading this but the idea of screening off vents is a good one.. yikes. I was reassured by whoever posted that the dog would have sniffed it out. Our old cocker is losing his sniffer though but a few years back he was obsessed with a wall in our living room. Turns out there were mice in the crawlspace under our house in that very spot. As he's gotten older I have thought it is going to be more of a chore to bring him along but this made me re-think that whole issue! Sorry no advice as to find the snakes except if I were your wife I might find a good hunting dog to borrow before setting foot back in your RV! I definitely would not be able to sleep at night in it!
