Pretty much a good answer. Yep, there's some spritz's of snow in many parts of the southwest today that haven't seen snow for decades. We're here in Lake Havasu and, it's actually quite amazing to see such a desert town, at such a low elevation, have so much of the white stuff stuck on roofs, vehicles, plants, telephone poles, stop signs and much, much more.
But, in all reality, no, you really don't need to run out and "winterize" your RV in San Diego. The temp weather is not going to hang around long. We moved from there 8 months ago and, the snow is just stopping by, but will head out rather shortly.
