Basic things to have in the motorhome - screwdrivers (slotted , phillips, and square head)- fuses - pliers - multi electrical tester - batteries (AA, AAA, D - what ever you use) - flashlight - tape (both electrical and duct) - small hammer - and can of motor oil.
I carry most of this in a plastic shoe box sized container that fits in the storage area under the dinette seat.
