IMO and even if a WH W chassis, the asking price is outrageous.
Maybe you should try and find a consignment sale or from a private seller for around $27K and this in excellent condition, otherwise, you'll soon have super retail in it and be down underwater after the first year of ownership. Click here for some reference and even though not the bible....
NADA
Actually the base retail price for this coach, according to NADAGUIDES.COM is $42,500, without any of the extras added in, which may or may not appeal to the buyer/OP. The LOW retail is $35,328, again, without any extras.
The facts are that unless this person did a personal inspection of the coach, he has no idea what it should be worth. The selling price is determined by a mutual agreement between the buyer and the seller. Both should go away feeling that they got a good deal.
In any case, here is the link: 2004 Vacationer M37PCT
Where are you getting these prices and this from your link, provided.? A different zip code, perhaps and still can't be right with such a wide gap...

The OP lives in Tampa so I used a middle of Tampa zip 33604. I gave you the LINK so what are you asking?
I'm guessing that you used the pricing for the Admiral series M-37PCT instead of the Vacationer Series M-37PCT. Either that or you forgot to enter 24,000 miles.
