The timeline given you sounds very unreasonable, as busy as the RV industry has been, unless they just happen to have your exact coach on order with all the options you request for stock. Sounds like a case of the old adage describing a car, boat or RV salesman, "If his lips are moving, he's lying." I'm not a big of of Lazy Days in Florida. They are the "Biggest RV Dealer in the World" ask their internet sales department, how long it would take to get the RV you want. Biggest suggestion I can give you is check their service record before and after the sale. A good place to start is RV Service Reviews
