Softer ride on 2011 PW Excel

I'm presuming you meant to write Ford E350. He may have experience with a Ford E450 (normally on Class C motorhomes) that have stiffer suspension to haul a heavier load. E350's are what used to be called a 1 Ton and the E450 is a 1-1/2 Ton chassis. Or you may have some optional air suspension that can adjust ride quality. :)
