I'm sorry I but it really don't understand what you're saying except its about a softer ride.
A very common, and easy to fix, problem is tires inflated at pressures in excess of what's really necessary. Ideally you would weigh the rig in a "trip ready" condition then determine the best tire pressure. Lacking that, does the owners manual talk about that? Is there a sticker on one of the door posts about tire pressure? In the glove box perhaps?
