Solar panels installed without Circut Breakers
Had four paneles installed, and I provided the equipment, they left out circuit breakers (2). I am bringing it back to installer, is this a big problem

My panels are not fused nor circuit breaker protected between them and the controller. Between the battery bank they are both switched and fused.
