OK, all done.... for now. :B Had the spare installed and the total for the wheel, tire, mounting rack and 6 valve extenders - all installed came to $300. :C
Yes I will be putting a stainless steel cable and a healthy padlock under the cover (still have to get that....) it is always something. :S Thanks again one and all for your usual wealth of knowledge.
