We lost the air in our passenger side outside rear dual tire once. We drove several miles at around 5 MPH this way in our small Class C until we got to a shop that could repair it ... but the paved road had a decent shoulder so that we could carefully and safely drive this way.
This is not a recommended thing to do though, as it puts a huge over-load on the remaining tire. It's not at all the same situation as where an unloaded or lightly loaded dually pickup loses one of it's rear tires.
