I'm the second owner of a 2003 Dutch Star on a Spartan chassis and would expect that mine would come under the same recall if it is not limited to specific chassis by serial number. Guess I'll just wait a little while and see what comes in the mail. If nothing shows up I may have to call Spartan and see what's going on with mine.
