Sorry to hear of the weight issue. as only her head needs to be raised, I'll return to my previous, simpleton suggestion...an inflatable wedge under a split mattress. Some (maybe all) are adjustable by changing inflation. Cheap, lightweight, and easy to try; you can always move to something fancier if the wedge does not work well enough for her. Perhaps google adjustable inflatable bed wedge and look at the options.
