2006 new-to-me Pleasure-Way on the Sprinter chassis (T1N). I've only put a few thousand miles on it since last June 1. Love the way it handles. Loving the 22.5 mpg. Love the 600 mile range of the gas tank. Much quieter than my 2003 Pleasure-Way on the Dodge chassis, although that one handles well also.
Haven't had any rust issues with the Sprinter. No mechanical issues either.
The previous owner had the turbo resonator replaced after 5000 miles of new ownership. The resonator replacement seemed to be a common problem among owners due to manufacturer defect, but once replaced I haven't read of any recurring issues with them.
