You got that right ... been there, done that.
Once out in Eastern Oregon boondocking we had to keep emptying coach trash into a big black plastic bag and then find a place to stuff this bag in our already-full-of-stuff main outside storage compartment.
The reason for this is we try to always use paper cups, paper plates, and paper bowls as much as possible when camping so as to conserve water by not washing anymore dishes in it than absolutely necessary. Is glass nicer to eat with/on - yeah - but one has to keep their priorities straight in order to boondock camp for any length of time. This is especially true when boondocking in remote areas in a smaller rig. We've found that out West in the boondocks and areas around them it is more difficult and time consuming to replenish fresh water than it is to find a place to quickly and properly dump trash.
