OP, we have about 1.5X the various tank capacities as what you are asking about. The two of us, in the AZ winter, can pretty easily go 1 week. Toilet as needed, navy showers every other day, my face wash and wet shave every day, dishes as needed once a day. As you can tell by other posts, it is possible to stretch that a good bit longer.
