I've often thought of how nice one of those would be in an RV. We're on our 2nd one in our home since we installed our first one well over 30 years ago. What would be nice is to have one in the RV that operated from the 12 volt coach battery system for dry camping. Unfortunately our little 24 footer does not have room for one.
We recently had our home's kitchen remodeled and I got the impression from the designer that trash compactors are kindof not installed much anymore. Maybe it's a California "green thing"? We had to almost order the designer to still include a trash compactor in the new kitchen!
