State Parks on this side of the country are for the most part really nice. They usually have sites with water/electrical, but few if any have sewer on site. Most all have a centralized dump site for the entire campground. Usually there are lots of trees and as stated above, some of the sites are hard to get into even though they are capable of parking longer rigs due to the trees and other obstructions. Most are dirt/gravel lots unless you qualify to use the handicap sites. Prices are in the $20-$40 range per night. Many state parks limit, or prohibit altogether, adult beverage consumption. And depending on the State law itself, you may or may not be allowed to have a firearm whether your are legally allowed to do so otherwise.
